Pinsent Masons has advised the construction companies Clough and Elecnor on their successful bid to build a A$1.5 billion (US$1.1 billion) grid project for the Australian electricity network company TransGrid.
SecureEnergy, the joint venture between Australia’s Clough Group and Spain’s Elecnor, will build an energy interconnector between the power grids of New South Wales and South Australia, with an added connection to Victoria, Pinsent Masons said.
