Wilson Allen has long provided law firms with consultancy and software services. But now it’s looking toward an area that’s becoming increasingly necessary in the current tech-enabled world—training. Today, the company announced it has acquired Capensys, a technology training provider for law firms and corporate legal departments in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Australia.
Through the acquisition, Wilson Allen will acquire Capensys’s full suite of training tools, including its library of user adoption materials and online and instructor-led materials. Capensys is also an iManage and NetDocuments Certified Training Partner, and it works with Intapp and DocsCorp to produce eLearning content for their clients.
