Cobb County Superior Court Judge Robert Leonard said he is looking for a case to test the constitutionality of virtual jury selection.
Leonard said he hopes to expand the court’s use of technology to counter pervasive community spread of COVID-19 in Georgia that has hobbled judicial functions and led to a worrisome backlog of unresolved cases, particularly criminal cases where defendants remain in custody.
