Leading Italian M&A Law Firm to Merge With Tax Outfit

Leading Italian corporate law firm Gatti Pavesi Bianchi has agreed to merge with tax rival Ludovici Piccone & Partners, both parties confirmed in a joint statement.

The new law firm, named Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, will comprise 140 professionals, of which 20 are equity partners.
