McDermott Will & Emery has launched a Latin America practice co-chaired by tax partners in Dallas and Miami, following a tactic recently adopted by other big U.S. law firms in basing their Latin America teams outside of the region.
Miami-based tax partner Michael Silva and Dallas-based tax partner Manuel Rajunov will coordinate a team of 64 lawyers across disciplines to assist multinational clients in the region.
