Major Italian Firm Name Partner Leaves, Adds Name to Another Firm

A name partner at one of Italy’s most prominent law firms, Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners, is leaving the firm on October 1, the firm announced in a statement.

The shock exit sees corporate M&A partner Roberto Cappelli join financial boutique firm RCCD as name partner, with the firm now rebranding to RCCD Cappelli.
