Slaughter and May has launched a review of its flexible working policies, according to two partners, as the firm joins several considering how it might adapt to working differently in the future.
The firm has appointed a dedicated group to consider future flexible working options, with any decision set to be made by the firm’s board, and is also surveying its people on the matter.
