Disputes over the handling of Ince & Co’s pre-pack administration and acquisition by Gordon Dadds and its administrators have boiled over into the U.K. High Court and French courts.
In the latest twist in the ongoing saga, London High Court documents reveal that a group of partners who were formerly part of Ince & Co’s French practice have issued a summons at the French court of Nanterre against the administrators of Ince & Co, Quantuma.
