In April, Alma Asay joined Litera as a legal tech evangelist. Now, the company she founded in 2011 is joining her there.

On Friday, Litera announced it has acquired Allegory Law, which since 2017 has been a subsidiary of Integreon. Allegory Law is a cloud-based case management platform that looks to be a central hub for all information that a litigation team needs to prepare for litigation, including knowledge, case administration, evidence, witnesses and case documents. The solution can be accessed from both desktops and mobile.
