One of three men accused of harassing and intimidating alleged victims of the R&B singer R. Kelly will remain at liberty on a $75,000 bond, U.S. Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo of the Eastern District of New York decided Thursday.

Kuo also ordered Donnell Russell, a Chicago resident, not to contact any victims or witnesses associated with Kelly, who has been indicted on charges of racketeering and coercion and enticement of an underage girl, among other offenses.
