Nevada is moving ahead with its planned online bar exam Aug. 11 and 12, despite pleas from law graduates to adopt an emergency diploma privilege.
The Nevada Supreme Court on Wednesday rejected a petition asking that current candidates be admitted without taking the test, saying the exam will take place with some technical modifications after weeks of glitches.
