Employment law firm Wigdor has filed a discrimination and retaliation suit in the Southern District of New York on behalf of former Reed Smith attorney Aaron Chase, alleging his former firm illegally terminated Chase in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act, the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law.
According to the lawsuit, Chase will look to amend his complaint to add claims of discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
