Sandra Doorley, the Republican district attorney of Monroe County, has been sworn in as the new president of the District Attorneys Association of the State of New York, according to a news release issued Monday by the organization.
As part of her tenure, said Doorley, she will create a DAASNY workgroup “to start conversations about racial inequities and implicit bias in our criminal justice system and come up with ideas about what we as prosecutors can do to make changes,” the group stated.
