Australia-based litigation funder Litigation Capital Management has hired disputes practitioner and third-party finance expert James Foster from another litigation funder to be an investment manager based in London.
Foster, who joins from funder Augusta Ventures, where he was head of arbitration, has more than 25 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution in the building and construction sector and has been involved in some of the world’s most challenging construction projects in major commercial hubs such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam, LCM said in a statement.
