The U.K.’s Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) will hold a case management hearing on Wednesday to decide whether to postpone Gary Senior’s hearing, or hold it virtually.
The hearing, which started in December, was adjourned mid-way through until April 27 due to one of the defendants being unable to attend the hearing.
