Hogan Lovells has lured a member of Milbank’s Latin America capital markets team with a partner position in New York.
Ben Garcia worked on project finance, debt offerings and other capital markets transactions at Milbank, where he was special counsel. He has advised financial institutions, investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate issuers in domestic and cross-border offerings of debt and equity securities. He also has also advised multinational companies on a wide range of infrastructure-related projects.
