Gowling WLG has elected corporate M&A and private equity partner Andy Stylianou as its new chair.
Stylianou currently leads the firm’s London corporate and private equity team and will replace the incumbent Andrew Witts in May 2020. Witts will return to fee-earning work in the firm’s fraud and asset recovery practice.
