Towne Center Renovation to Include Lifestyle Elements

These types of renovations including a full shopping center digital marketing package help older centers such as Irving Towne Center maintain strong existing tenancy and attract a new generation of tenants.

IRVING, TX—Irving Towne Center, which opened in 1986, is anchored by Target and features a popular line-up of retailers, services, restaurants and other uses. In addition to Target, the tenant mix includes Tuesday Morning, On The Border, Chili’s, Potbelly, Anytime Fitness, Car Toys, Cato and Al’s Formal Wear.

Weitzman’s management division is planning a major renovation of the 240,000-square-foot retail center located at 3401 W. Airport Freeway (State Highway 183) and North Belt Line Road. The renovation, scheduled for completion in the second half of 2020, will enhance the center’s iconic tower, modernize the look and function of the property, and add a number of lifestyle elements.
