Kilpatrick Townsend has boosted its M&A bench in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a trio of partner hires, the firm announced Thursday.
Kilpatrick added John Erwin, Brian Brown and Angela Cottrell to its M&A team. The three join from Nixon Peabody, where they’ve practiced since July 2017. Previously, the team had been at K&L Gates since 2010.
