Mergers and acquisitions specialist Sheng Wu joins Mayer Brown after seven years at DLA Piper.

Mayer Brown has hired corporate partner Sheng Wu in Hong Kong from DLA Piper.
Wu focuses on mergers and acquisitions in China, particularly in the insurance, financial services and healthcare sectors. In 2018, he advised Chinese dairy product producer Beijing Sanyuan Foods Co. Ltd. and Chinese conglomerate Fosun International Ltd. on a $733 million acquisition of French margarine maker St Hubert SAS.
