Trump caught an easily spread, airborne virus. That happens in a pandemic

.

The professional coronavirus hysterics in the media are naturally having vapors about President Trump and the first lady having been infected, because this is what happens when you don’t wear masks!

Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Chris Christie, who was part of Trump’s debate preparation team, was asked Friday on ABC’s Good Morning America by a reprimanding anchor if he or anyone else who had been coaching the president wore masks.

Christie said no, so ah-ha! Told you so!

Well, no, Christie said the debate team was made up of, at most, six people, all of whom, according to the White House, underwent routine testing.

Trump didn’t get the virus because he doesn’t obsess over putting a mask on his face. He got it because this is what happens when you’re in the middle of a pandemic with a highly contagious virus.

TV journalists are declaring with great satisfaction that this is a reminder that “we’re still not past the virus” and that “no one is immune from the virus.”

Yeah, nobody was saying we were or that anyone is. We, lead by Trump, were saying that our entire country can’t freeze in time while we cope with it. We were saying that the overwhelming majority of small business owners, and even large business owners, won’t survive more shutdowns and restrictions. We were saying that for a virus with a mortality rate of less than 1% — it’s closer to .05% for healthy people under the age of 55 — individuals should be able to calculate their own risk and make the best decisions for themselves, while allowing them to continue life in the most normal way possible.

This isn’t about masks or social distancing. This is about yet another person who happened to catch an easily spread, airborne virus.
