Register Now To Earn Double Hilton Points

Hilton Honors is back with double points on all stays, May 2 – September 2, 2024. Registration required, and now open.

This is generally more lucrative than the flat 2,000 bonus points per stay that they’ve been running, which caps double points at $200 in spend. In some sense that’s odd because the late spring and summer period is usually a heavier travel period where Hilton is less likely to need to incentivize heads in beds.

Of course is fall some stays earned triple points which is better still. Double points has roughly speaking been the Hilton default for several years, which makes sense since base earn in the Hilton program is lowest among competitors and they need generous promotions to come up to par. Since they usually offer double points, that’s simply how they’ve built the program – consider part of their earn proposition to be the promotion, for those who register.

You should definitely register even if you do not expect any Hilton stays. This promotion ends nearly five months from now, and your plans may change but you will never remember to go back and register later if they do.

  1. Cahn’t make this stuff up!

Of course is fall(sic) some stays earned triple points which is better still.

It’s amazing the depths to which some rabid fans of World of Hyatt would fall to try to paper over the fact that, with (a) the poorest points earning proposition of any program, (b) fewest targeted or global promotions offered, and (c) no 4th or 5th award night free perk for members, the program is the least rewarding among the major hotel loyalty programs.

The emphasized claims in the quoted text above are the most uninformed and most disingenuous in the annals of a site that’s built its value proposition on gaslighting its readers. The basis of the claims is a stupid and widely panned “simple model” for ranking hotel programs that not only relies on the least reliable and highly biased values of points currencies because they are simply pulled out of thin air (unlike, say, TPG’s values that are derived by averaging thousands of dummy redemption values), but also self-servingly excludes from “base earn rates” bonus points earned with each program’s co-branded CC, which virtual no one who knows the first things about how to play the game would never leave home without..

Those are strong words and assertions that I first intend to prove privately to the forum host with a diagram that shows my own scientifically rigorously and incontrovertible modeling based on the site’s own values of hotel loyalty points currencies , as the final nail in the coffin of the host’s bogus claims and gaslighting every time he writes about .a lucrative Hilton Honors promo, which almost all year around. If the bogus claims ever reappear, I promise to share my dispositive modeling with the masses by providing a link in this space or on my own dormant blog….

    G’day!
