  1. I understand the man who slipped on the cocktail fell and bumped his head. He’s suing for $10 to cover the Band-Aid on his temple, and for $5,999,990 because the accident left him with a permanent and incurable assaholic personality disorder.

  2. God I hate ambulance chasers, our civil litigation system and the losers that have their hand out looking for a payout every time something g happens to them. Grow up and accept that s**t happens instead of suing. I hope caps do apply (preferably it will be thrown out)

  3. Maybe this is why British Airways cancelled my flight only to tell me that I could rebook on the same flight for the same seats for another 10K!!!
