TINA ANDREADIS
Senior Vice President and Director of Publicity, Harper, HarperBusiness, Harper Perennial, Harper Design, Harper Wave and Broadside Books

Andreadis leads a team of fifteen talented publicists and supervises the launches of our bestselling books. Most recently she managed the publicity campaigns for Demi Moore’s Inside Out, Ann Patchett’s The Dutch House, Heather Morris’ The Tattooist of Auschwitz, Tim Alberta’s American Carnage, Yuval Noah Harari’s Sapiens and Homo Deus, Daniel Silva’s The Other Woman, Michelle McNamara’s I’ll Be Gone in the Dark, Harper Lee’s Go Set a Watchman and Mark Manson’s Everything’s F*cked.  Over the years she has worked with authors such as Secretary Madeline Albright, Anderson Cooper, Amanda Knox, Sarah Palin, Megan Kelly, J.D. Vance and Mitch Albom. Andreadis, who has worked in the publishing industry for over 25 years, is a graduate of Barnard College and holds an MA in English Literature from Fordham University.

EDIE ASTLEY
Assistant Editor, Harper, Harper Perennial

Edie Astley joined Harper in 2022 after working at Norton and DeFiore & Company Agency. She is most drawn to literary and upmarket commercial fiction that centers complicated relationships and is deeply entertaining. Edie loves smart rom coms and beach reads, but also doesn’t shy away from dark and subversive stories that reveal or explore uncomfortable truths about our culture. In terms of nonfiction, she is primarily looking for voice-driven memoir and of-the-moment essay collections.

AMY BAKER

Amy Baker has worked at Harper Collins since 2000. She oversees acquisition strategy, marketing, and the backlist publishing program for Harper Perennial and Harper Paperbacks. Prior to joining Harper Collins, Amy worked as a bookseller and store manager for Barnes and Noble. She has worked with authors including Jayne Allen, Dan Fante, Joseph Fink and Jeffrey Cranor of Welcome to Night Vale, Robert Kolker, Janina Matthewson, The McElroy Brothers, Alexandra Potter, Kevin Sites, and Willy Vlautin, and the literary estates of Zora Neale Hurston and John F. Millicent Bennett, Executive Editor, acquires primarily literary fiction, upmarket book club fiction, and voice-and character-driven narrative nonfiction, including memoir, with an emphasis on marginalized and underrepresented voices. She joined Harper in 2021 as part of the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt integration, where she served as editorial director, and after seventeen years as editor at PRH, S&S, and Hachette.

JONATHAN BURNHAM

Jonathan Burnham has worked in publishing for nearly 30 years. He was Publishing Director of Chatto & Windus and The Hogarth Press in London for six years, and moved to New York in 1999. He was President of Miramax Books for five years, and then joined HarperCollins as Publisher of Harper in 2005. In 2017 he became President and Publisher of the Harper Group.

JENNIFER CIVILETTO

Jennifer Civiletto has worked at HarperCollins for twenty years. Since 2018 she has managed the extraordinary backlist at Harper Perennial and Harper Paperbacks, home to Harper Lee, Aldous Huxley, Richard Wright, Sylvia Plath, Betty Smith, Howard Zinn and countless other distinguished authors. Her role includes overseeing several literary estates and serving as editor on a range of backlist reissues, and while her focus is on revitalizing and upholding Harper’s rich catalog, she acquires a select number of frontlist titles and most recently published two works by Pulitzer Prize-winning author N. Scott Momaday.

Noah Eaker joined Harper in 2019 after fifteen years at Random House and Macmillan. He acquires broadly in fiction and nonfiction. Lisa Erickson is the Senior Director of Marketing for Harper Perennial and Harper Paperbacks, overseeing the marketing department and creating bestselling marketing campaigns for all trade paperback originals, paperback reprints, and reissues/Modern Classics Editions. She has worked on all genres of books, from literary fiction to narrative nonfiction, politics, health/wellness titles, celebrity memoirs, thrillers, and commercial fiction. A passionate reader and advocate for her authors, Lisa is grateful to spend her days working to help build awareness for books. Prior to joining Harper Perennial, Lisa held positions at Crown Publishing Group, Little, Brown, and Scribner.

EMILY GRIFFIN

Emily Griffin, executive editor, joined Harper in October 2015 after twelve years at Grand Central Publishing/Warner Books. Over the course of her career, she has worked with novelists including Sara Collins, Liv Constantine (bestselling author of the Reese Witherspoon Book Club pick The Last Mrs. Parrish), Trent Dalton, Caz Frear, and Jillian Medoff, and non-fiction authors including Anderson Cooper, Roxane Gay, Jessi Klein, Amanda Palmer, and Amy Sedaris.

Ezra Kupor, associate editor, acquires for Harper and Harper Perennial. His interests include upmarket commercial fiction, subversive book club fiction, smart rom coms, and genre-bending literary works, particularly ones that include speculative elements. He is especially drawn to books by queer authors about queer lives. KAREN RINALDI

Karen Rinaldi has been a publishing executive for over three decades. Prior to joining Harper Collins in 2012 to create the imprint, Harper Wave, she was Managing Director and Publisher of Bloomsbury USA, which she joined at its inception in 1999 and served on the Bloomsbury PLC Group Operating Board from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2011 Rinaldi was Publisher and General Manager of Rodale Books. In her editorial role, Rinaldi has worked across a wide range of categories, from the literary to the prescriptive. Among authors she has edited and published, past and present, are David Wojnarowicz, Anthony Bourdain, Susannah Clark, Al Gore, David Kessler, Elizabeth Lesser, Vivek Murthy, Carla Hall, Kristin Neff, Robert Lustig, Matt Hussey, Max Lugavere, Aubrey Marcus, Gregory Gourdet. LEAH WASIELEWSKI

Leah Wasielewski oversees the Harper hardcover marketing department, where she directs all Harper, Broadside Books and Harper Business hardcover publications. Her team is responsible for designing and executing creative marketing campaigns involving digital and social promotions, consumer marketing, and much more. Leah and her team have worked on noteworthy launch campaigns for authors such as Mitch Albom, Michael Chabon, Anderson Cooper, Louise Erdrich, Dr. Becky Kennedy, Barbara Kingsolver, Harper Lee, Dr. Nicole LePera, Mark Manson, Demi Moore, Ann Patchett, Joe Scarborough, Daniel Silva, and Gary Vaynerchuk. Leah has been the director of the group since 2011. Prior to that, she held marketing, publicity and publishing roles at Simon & Schuster for nearly a decade.

Caroline Weishuhn joined Harper in 2024 after five years at Penguin Random House. She acquires for Harper and Harper Perennial, focusing on upmarket women’s and book club fiction, heartbreaking yet uplifting love stories, taut psychological thrillers, and classically twisty mysteries. She is particularly fond of novels with unique and underrepresented voices, quirky and original premises, and rich and complex characters and relationships.
