    If I order an item that I already purchased does your company flag it?

      Hi Linda! Thanks for reaching out! Our system does not have the capability to flag products if you have already purchased them. If you’d like, our Customer Service representatives would be happy to look through your orders to help determine if you have purchased a product in the past if you email or call in. Alternatively, you can view your past orders when you log into your Taylored Expressions account. If you do find you’ve purchased a duplicate product, we will be happy to help process a return, as well.
