I listen to podcasts all day at work, so long eps are totally my jam. And I like the long recaps because even though it's only a few days from when I've watched the show to listening to the pod, I don't always remember all that went on. 
That said, there's so much on y'all's plate already, I'd understand if you needed to pare back some to keep your workload manageable. 
So excited for all the upcoming Trek shows and pods! 🖖🏻
