Your subject line sounds like everyone else’s and lacks the element of Show Me You Know Me #SMYKM. The ONLY way to stand out, unless your subject line addresses a bleeding issue and you’ve caught the 3% of your market that’s actively trying to solve it, is to do your research on the person or company, and send them a subject line that makes sense only to them.

Off stage, there will also be separate, 10 minute, one-on-one sessions with coaches who have strong networks. Spearheaded the idea for this program and built it from scratch for ON24's global sales organization in order to decrease sales ramp up time, time until first close deal and attrition. 60 day program requiring deadline, budget and staff management of over 70 people through the 2014 pilot program. Tracked metrics and delivered outstanding results which led to a restructured and significantly more robust program for 2015.

Spearheaded the idea for this program and built it from scratch for ON24's global sales organization. Built this program in conjunction with mentorship program to engage an increase in supportive and celebratory culture, an increase in meeting quotas and a decrease in employee attrition. Program requires management of 8 team members, along with deadlines, annual budget and consistently tracking employee engagement and programming.
