Continue to lead program which runs all new sales hires through structured six month program. Designed program's new structure, including tripling program length, incentive model for mentors and set of metrics for mentees to achieve, after seeing inordinate success in program's pilot year in 2014.

Spearheaded the idea for this program and built it from scratch for ON24's global sales organization in order to decrease sales ramp up time, time until first close deal and attrition. 60 day program requiring deadline, budget and staff management of over 70 people through the 2014 pilot program. Tracked metrics and delivered outstanding results which led to a restructured and significantly more robust program for 2015.

Spearheaded the idea for this program and built it from scratch for ON24's global sales organization. Built this program in conjunction with mentorship program to engage an increase in supportive and celebratory culture, an increase in meeting quotas and a decrease in employee attrition. Program requires management of 8 team members, along with deadlines, annual budget and consistently tracking employee engagement and programming.
