push through bar sylvan pilates skyline pilatesSummer 2024 Pilates Semester runs June 24 – August 31

No classes: July 4 and July 5 (Thursday and Friday class series are priced for 9 class meetings)

  • In-Studio equipment classes happen Monday thru Friday. Class size maximum is 10. Make-ups are on a space available basis.
  • Registration opens on Wed May 29 at 7am PST via http://www.pcc.edu

  • Planning to travel this semester? YES, you can sign up for class and use your registration as a “10 pack” of classes to attend as often as possible while you’re in town.

  • NEW THIS SEMESTER: no classes at 4:30pm or 5:30pm

  • NEW THIS SEMESTER: Level 2.5 at 11:45am on Mon and Wed (in addition to the other morning classes.) I’m adding these to accommodate more students in the morning. Don’t worry if you’re newly moving up from Level 1; don’t worry it won’t be hard enough if you have more experience — expect this class to maybe be “mixed level” with options.

  • What’s the difference between Level 1 and Level 2? More exercises! Level 2 has limited weight bearing on wrists.
  • What’s the different between Level 2 and Level 2.5? The pace of 2.5 is faster than 2. We’ll introduce more weight bearing on wrists. If possibly, bump yourself to Level 2.5 as a prep for Level 3.
  • What’s the difference between Levels 2.5 and 3? More weight bearing on hands/wrists in Level 3, which also means more advanced exercises. Level 3 has a faster pace than Level 2.5.
  • Level 4 classes are the fastest pace and include more “up and over” exercises and one arm or or one leg movements. Please don’t register for this class if you an ongoing injury or limitation. When in doubt, check in with me first.
