The New Kid
On May 19, Norah will be opening for her old friend Rhett Miller, lead singer of the Old 97's. Norah shares all about how this came to be, which dates all the way back to a shared video of a School of Rock performance when she was only 7 years old.

I Go Swimming
It was an up and down week for Norah. It started down with the untimely death of her fish, Odie. And then it ended way up with Norah advancing to the finals of the High School Rock Off.
The Rock Off Final Exam is March 2 at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Tickets are $20 ($15 for students) and are available online here (code: norah).

Rock ’n’ Roll High School
In this episode, Norah and Dad do a little promo for Norah's upcoming appearance at the 27th Annual (and final) Tri-C High School Rock Off, taking place Feb. 10 at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. We discuss what the event is, why it's so significant, Norah's history playing at the Rock Off, and why Dad will need to drive Norah to the Rock Hall to compete.

I have enjoyed this podcast since its beginning because of the sweet relationship between Norah and her dad - but this most recent episode about teen mental health brings the podcast to a five-star level. Every parent of a teen and teen with a parent should listen.
