Dear Centner Academy Faculty & Staff,
Thank you for taking your time to participate in our important meeting held April 21st regarding the COVID-19 vaccinations. My first priority is the safety and well-being of you and our students. As discussed, this was a very difficult decision for me and I have made it with a very heavy heart.
To recap what was discussed:
1. COVID-19 Vaccines are still in an experimental stage. They are not yet FDA Approved, rather they have Emergency Use Authorization. Clinical trials are not scheduled to be complete until 2023. It will be years before we have reliable information regarding the short and long term effects of the COVID-19 vaccines.
2. COVID-19 Vaccines are not a life saving medication. They have not been proven to prevent death from COVID or to prevent transmission of COVID.
3. I believe strongly in Health Freedom and “my body, my choice” and for that reason, did not prevent employees from choosing to take the COVID-19 vaccine prior to April 21, 2021. However, reports have surfaced recently of non-vaccinated people being negatively impacted by interacting with people who have been vaccinated. There have been thousands of reports of menstrual cycles being impacted and
a 366% Increase in Miscarriages.
Because this new information has introduced the possibility that vaccinated individuals may be inadvertently impacting the health of others, I am compelled to take action until further information is available. Even among our own population, we have at least three women with menstrual cycles impacted after having spent time with a vaccinated person.
Until we have more information, we ask that:
1. If you want to get the vaccine, please wait until the school year ends and you will not be able to return to school until clinical trials are complete (if a position is still available at that time).
2. If you want to get the vaccine before the school year ends, please let us know right away as we cannot allow recently vaccinated people to be near our students until more information is known.
3. If you have taken the vaccine prior to April 21, 2021, please report that to us and maintain physical distance from the students.
