The journalist who famously shot down Martin Shkreli’s advances by saying she’d “rather eat my own organs” doubled down on her disgust Friday — by insinuating that she’d castrate him this time around.
For the second time, Shkreli dropped freelance writer Lauren Duca’s name in his usual Facebook rant Thursday, following a lengthy day of closing arguments in his securities fraud trial.
“Trial’s over tomorrow, bitches. Then if I’m acquitted, I get to f–k Lauren Duca,” the reviled pharmaceuticals exec said.
In January, Duca made headlines for spurning the 34-year-old failed hedge fund manager — saying she’d rather commit self-cannibalism than go out with him.
The Teen Vogue writer made it clear on Friday her feelings remained the same.
“Here’s my statement on Martin Shkreli: I would (still) rather eat my own organs,” she tweeted. Â “So much as touch me, and I’ll gladly chop off one of yours.”
