Chicago Seminars Takes Flight to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago on September 20-22, 2024

Buckle up, points and miles enthusiasts! The Chicago Seminars @ the Holiday Inn — the pioneering event that has been bringing the award travel community together since 2010 — is charting a new course. In 2024, we're touching down at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Chicago.
After a memorable stint at the Holiday Inn, we're upgrading the venue. Our mission stays the same: to connect passionate travelers from around the globe to learn about points and miles while rallying around some really great causes. And yes, for those wondering, this is the same landmark event that was at the Holiday Inn for over a decade.

Expect a turbocharged experience with amazing speakers, enlightening sessions, and more opportunities to network with fellow travel aficionados. Whether you're a seasoned flyer or just starting your journey, Chicago Seminars is your gateway to leveling up your points, miles, and travel knowledge.
Why the Move?
We heard your feedback from past years loud and clear. While the Holiday Inn has been the backdrop to countless cherished memories, the call for an upgrade was unmistakable — not just for a more contemporary setting but also for a venue that's in line with many participants' loyalty goals.
Plus, with the Holiday Inn asking for significantly more money to host the same event, we found that we could significantly upgrade our venue for marginal cost. Even better, the Hyatt Regency is located much closer to the Chicago O'Hare airport and operates shuttles every 15 minutes.

Cost
We understand that the cost has increased from last year. Please remember prices of goods and services have increased tremendously in the past years. Our previous venue had dramatically increased the cost in contract negotiations, which made this move the best option. We have worked diligently to manage costs for this two and a half day event while providing an excellent attendee experience. Please remember all organizers and volunteers are unpaid and all profits generated will be donated to charity. Attendees will now be able to redeem 8,000 Hyatt points per night as well.
