Best Western is out with a new promotion that can earn you up to 20,000 bonus points on stays through the beginning of September.

Key Terms
- Earn 10,000 BWR bonus points (“Bonus Points”) for every three (3) eligible nights* stayed at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean between May 20, 2024 and September 2, 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
- A Rewards Member can earn 10,000 Bonus Points a maximum of two (2) times during the Promotion Period. The total Bonus Points awarded for this promotion may not exceed 20,000 Bonus Points per Rewards Member.
- Promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership is required prior to the first eligible night. Eligible nights completed prior to promotion registration and BWR enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements. BWR enrollment may be completed by visiting bestwesternrewards.com.
- Please allow two (2) weeks after the eligible nights for the Bonus Points to be posted.
- * An “eligible night” for the purpose of this promotion is defined as a stay of at least one night at any Best Western branded hotel, at a rate eligible for earning BWR points, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, booked through a tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate (see BWR program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Eligible nights that take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before September 2, 2024, to be counted towards the promotion.
Quick Thoughts
This is one of the better promotions run by Best Western because there aren’t a lot of hoops to jump through. Their promotions frequently give you a window of a week or less to make your bookings, but this latest offer is valid on stays booked through the beginning of September provided you register for the promo beforehand.
Another great feature of it is that you don’t have to stay three consecutive nights – the three nights could be three separate one night stays if you want. You can then earn the bonus twice for a total of 20,000 bonus points.

What are Best Western points worth? The latest evaluation was just shy of 3 years ago. Is there a variation between the US and Europe?
I don’t think any of us really collect Best Western points ourselves, so I’m not sure if there’s been much of a change in value of their 0.54cpp Reasonable Redemption Value from a few years ago. I also don’t know if there’s a difference in redemption values based on region either.
