Brownfield Ag Weather Today

Tranquil weather will prevail across much of the country for the remainder of the week, accompanied by a general warming trend in areas that are starting the week on a cool note.  However, some additional freezes can be expected across the North, especially during the mid- to late-week period from the upper Midwest into the Northeast.  Most areas of the country will receive less than an inch of rain during the next 5 days, with completely dry weather expected along the Gulf Coast, in the southern Atlantic States, and from southern California to the southern Rockies.  During the second half of the week, however, some locally heavy showers and thunderstorms may develop from the eastern Plains into the western Corn Belt.
