I charge these up when I got them, and I knew something would be wrong. Many things with your company are probably all rejects. Of course only one of the earbuds would charge I tried several things with wiggling, jiggling, pressing, making sure that the prongs are lined up recharging and nothing, I want to get a new set I know you don’t want me to return these. You won’t pay to get them back but send me a new set please.
