Every now and again, we are lucky enough to meet and learn from truly extraordinary people. I have had the privilege to work with so many since starting my career at IBM and eventually joining Citrix in 2017 to lead the Global Customer Success and Subscription organization. I have interacted with countless teams and leaders and have learned from each of them along the way.

But this year, I stepped up my game — big time.

As the current chair of Citrix’s Women’s Inspirational Network (WIN), one of our largest and oldest employee resource groups (ERG), I work with so many inspiring people daily whose collective goal is to provide opportunities for women (and men, our allies) to connect, educate, inspire, and empower each another by sharing our success and our setbacks.

One of the main objectives of WIN in 2021 was to find more ways to share advice from women and look for ways to extend our reach across all geos and companies. Since most of us have been working from home for over a year and a half now, we thought this was a great opportunity to start having conversations and connecting with inspirational women leaders from around the world to learn and share what motivates them to achieve greatness. We began looking for guests to join me for this series of virtual chats, but never in my wildest dreams did I know who was going to sign up.

We needed to think bigger. Like former-Prime-Minister-of-Australia BIGGER.

After a few rounds of calls and emails, and some strings pulled, I am thrilled to announce that Citrix and WIN is launching its WIN Fireside Chats series, where we connect you (virtually) with influential women in tech, business, and government to hear about making it to the top and what it takes to succeed.

And our first guest is none other than the incredible, truly glass-ceiling smashing 27th Prime Minister of Australia, the Hon. Julia Gillard! Check it out on the Citrix LinkedIn page.

Our discussion is available on-demand now, and we hope you will join us for this and even more Fireside Chats coming soon with leaders across all sectors of tech and business.
