All of our processes are cloud-based, and 80 percent of our operations are now automated. This helps us save about 830 hours of manual work each month.

For example, when we receive a translation order by email, it automatically creates a project in Podio, with the specific project details. With a single click, all our linguists that match the project requirements are emailed. We select the suitable linguist, and the project task with all the details is automatically assigned.
