Normally, for most of us the transition from one year to the next gives us time to reflect on the successes and lessons of the last 12 months. In the extraordinary year that was 2020, this introspection has been more important than ever as we’ve faced unprecedented challenges and changes that have transformed how we work. For the first time, remote work went from a “nice to have” workplace perk to a must-have for organizations around the world.
As we celebrated the end of 2020, we saw many traditions like Christmas and New Year parties go virtual, and it is clear that technology will continue to play a critical role in our remote lives. Such shifts will continue to extend to our workplaces, and it’s essential to have a secure, work-from-anywhere experience to keep teams together, working productively in safe and positive virtual environments.
