Tamara McCleary: Chief Executive Officer

Featured multiple times in Forbes for her pioneering influencer marketing strategies on social media for B2B and Enterprise, Tamara describes her career path as anything but ordinary. From helicopter trauma nurse in 1987 to cancer researcher in 1990 to bringing new medical technology to market in Silicon Valley in the mid-90’s, Tamara McCleary is now the CEO of global tech company, Thulium, which harnesses Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, data, and analytics to drive smart social in the B2B and enterprise space. Tamara is also a technology futurist, inspirational keynote speaker, and serves as a unique advisor to leading global tech companies Amazon, Oracle, SAP, Cisco, Dell, IBM, Verizon, Mercer, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Cognizant, Brink, and RSA Security.

Michael McCleary: Chief Operating Officer

Michael is the COO of Thulium where he leads all of our internal content, creative, social strategy, content marketing and social influence teams to deliver outstanding results for our clients. An industry veteran and long-time entrepreneur, Michael has been involved in the marketing and creative space for two decades while previously holding executive and board roles in the banking and finance industry.  A former corporate video and film producer, Michael released his passion project in 2010, the film, An Anything But Ordinary Journey.

Candy Wood: Chief of Staff / Social Media Specialist

Candy facilitates company projects and oversees company planning and strategy. She is a liaison for Thulium clients and coordinates all aspects of live events to ensure smooth operation. Candy has 22 years of experience in sales and marketing. She is accomplished in managing company operations, product development, sales, strategic planning and developing new systems. Candy has a strong history of building client relationships by mentoring and coaching independent consultants on business and marketing strategies.

Gage Grammer: Director of Brand Strategy & Senior Social Media Manager

Gage is a storyteller, creator, relationship builder and Disney enthusiast. At Thulium, she helps brands tell their stories through their content, and enhance their communities through deep social listening and active engagement. Her background includes marketing, content strategy, events, social selling, social care and strategy and employee advocacy.

Troy Merkle: Director of Strategic Partnerships

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Thulium, Troy oversees our client collaboration and new business opportunities. Over the past 10 years, he’s built and maintained relationships globally for the U.S. government as an officer in the U.S. Army. He utilizes his leadership, strategic planning and operations skill set to enhance our client experience tackling every challenge with a people-first mentality and is always willing to support our clients wherever they need it.
