Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 806/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2014 establishing uniform rules and a uniform procedure for the resolution of credit institutions and certain investment firms in the framework of a Single Resolution Mechanism and a Single Resolution Fund and amending Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 (1), and in particular, Articles 50(1)(b) and 63(8) of the SRM Regulation,

Having regard to the Annual Report of the SRB for the financial year 2022 as adopted on 8 June 2023 (the ‘2022 Annual Report’),

Having regard to the European Court of Auditors’ Report on the annual accounts of the Single Resolution Board (SRB) for the financial year 2022, together with the SRB’s replies (the ‘2022 Court of Auditors’ Annual Report’),

Having regard to the Report on the 2022 Final Annual Accounts including audit opinions dated 16 June 2022 prepared by Mazars Réviseurs d’Enterprises (the ‘Mazars 2022 Audit Report’),

Having regard to the European Court of Auditors’ Report (pursuant to Article 92(4) of Regulation (EU) No 806/2014) on any contingent liabilities arising as a result of the performance by the Single Resolution Board, the Council or the Commission of their tasks under the SRM Regulation for the financial year 2022 (the ‘Court of Auditors’ Contingent Liabilities Report 2022’),

Having regard to the Internal Audit Annual Report 2022 dated 18 January 2023,
