NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 244
ASIC certificate is prima facie evidence of matters(1) ASIC may issue a certificate stating that a requirement of this Act specified in the certificate:
(a) had or had not been complied with at a date or within a period specified in the certificate; or
(b) had been complied with at a date specified in the certificate but not before that date.
(2) In proceedings in a court, a certificate issued by ASIC
under subsection (1) is admissible as prima facie evidence of the
matters stated in the certificate.
