I prefer to print my own labels. That way I can customize labels for my small business as well as the home. The print runs can be small so I do not have to commit to large batches from print companies. It's so wasteful when I change my mind about the design or the need.

So I was pleased to try out the Munbyn Real Writer 401 AirPrint when the manufacturer reached out to me. This thermal printer is inkless which is saves on paying for expensive inkjet cartridges. As you can see from my latest video tutorial, it prints labels very quickly. The thermal head turns images and text black.

There is a wide range of colorful thermal labels which can be customized. I found the shipping labels to be real time savers.  Their range of printers and labels are also available on Amazon

Do check out my review which also includes a look at the easy installation and operation as well as potential uses and tips and tricks. I demonstrated using my iPhone as this unit has WIFI capabilities. Another reason for using bluetooth is that the thermal printer does not need to be on my already crowded desk. But you can also use the Munbyn printer with the usual USB connection to a computer.

A thermal printer such as the Munbyn is useful for small businesses but there are also many uses in the home such as the labelling of gifts, spice jars, decorating cards and so on. I had fun revamping my spice jars! And I definitely will be using it for labelling all kinds of things in the future.
