Tips for Using Your 24 Hour Fitness Free Pass
Although three days might not seem like a lot of time, it’s definitely enough time for you to explore a new gym, and see if it’s something you might enjoy and benefit from. To make the most of these three days, here are my tips for using your free 24 Hour Fitness pass:
- Ask for a tour: Usually, as part of your pass, a staff member will give you a short tour of the facilities. But, if it’s not offered, you should ask for one anyways! A staff member will be able to show you the ins and outs and make sure you full understand the amenities and all that’s available to you.
- Work with a trainer: Especially if you are getting back into a workout routine, or maybe you’ve never worked out at a gym, getting some personal attention to show you how to use the equipment and even design a workout routine that works for you is one of the best things you can do! Don’t be afraid to inquire about working with a trainer – that’s what they’re there for!
