South Dakota Eminent Farmers, Homemakers chosen

Gary Duffy of Oldham, South Dakota, and Becky Walth of Glenham, South Dakota are the South Dakota State University 2015 Eminent Farmers/Ranchers.  The 2015 Eminent Homemakers are Ida Slocum of Aurora, South Dakota, and Helen Sweeter of Worthing, South Dakota. The honors are presented annually to four people for their contributions of leadership and service.

The honorees’ photos will be displayed in the “Hall of Fame” portrait gallery on the South Dakota State University Campus.  A banquet honoring the four is in September.
