What to do with unwanted horses

Kelsey Schueler is a Master’s Degree candidate in Ag Education and Leadership at Illinois State University in Normal.  She is conducting an on-line survey to assess perceptions of horse owners, non-horse owners and those in the equine industry on the current methods of dealing with unwanted horses in Illinois.  She talks about the effort:

  Hi Kelsey,
  I work for McHenry County Farm Bureau and several of our members are trying to take your survey. A short paragraph was written in FarmWeek by Illinois Farm Bureau urging folks to take the survey by typing in a link. I can not get to the survey using the link. I tried goggling the survey and found your website here, but when I click on Here to take the survey ,, I can’t do it. Can you help?
