With custom typography such a huge design trend in packaging, you really need to stand out to get noticed among so many beautifully executed labels and boxes. Here’s a new one that caught our attention for Adelaide Hills Wines, designed by Voice Design in Australia.
The striking line art is highlighted in gold foil application to a lightly textured black background. Thick and thin line weights help create an illusion of depth within the typography.
There’s a beautiful balance of elegant opulence and readable clarity in the font usage. A rare quality not found in many of today’s hand lettering designs.
