• Prospecting for potential new clients, creating and growing relationships with customers through the building of in-depth understanding of the client’s underlying banking needs in relation to Fast Track’s products and services
• Delivering exceptional customer service whilst reaching business development and sales targets
• Identifying opportunities that would facilitate continuous growth whilst focusing on savings and lending growth as well as new business development
• Availing yourself to meet with your customers at a time and place convenient to them and the company to interview corporate and personal customers, discuss their financial requirements, and provide the appropriate financial advice in consultation with your line Manager.
• Constantly keeping management informed of your portfolio status by submitting activity and results reports through your line Manager. You will submit reports such as. daily call and visits reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analysis reports
• Monitoring competition and competitive developments by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, services, new products, delivery and marketing techniques
• Recommending changes and adjustments in products, service, policy and content of sales presentations through knowledge of the target market
• Helping resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, suggesting solutions, preparing customer complaints reports and making recommendations to management through your line Manager
• Servicing existing accounts, creating and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call and visit existing or potential clients
• Contributing to historical records management by maintaining records on your area of operation and customers
• Contributing to the team’s marketing plan and sales effort by accomplishing your related day to day operational activities results
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
