A Pennsylvania company has scooped up a portfolio of South Florida hotels worth over $100 million as part of a $1.93 billion deal with financial giant Goldman Sachs.

A company tied to Jenkintown-based American Realty Capital Properties Inc. paid $115.3 million for seven hotels across the region. All told, the company now owns 778 rooms in limited-service hotels under the Holiday Inn Express, Hyatt Place and Hampton Inn flags. The seller was a company tied to New York-based Goldman Sachs.
