In another deal surpassing the $10 billion mark, NXP Semiconductors N.V. will acquire Freescale Semiconductor Ltd. for $11.8 billion. Rounding out the top three is a Citigroup subsidiary that will sell subprime lender OneMain Financial Holdings Inc. to Springleaf Holdings Inc. for $4.25 billion.
