Saturated buffers help reduce nutrient runoff
Saturated buffers are one of the innovative new conservation practices being used by Iowa farmers to reduce nutrient runoff. At the Iowa Soybean Association Research Conference in Ames, we visited with Roger Wolf, ISA’s director of environmental programs and services, about how this new practice fits in with the many other water quality efforts that are currently underway in Iowa.
